Hyderabad, May 08: In a major development in the phone tapping case, a major development has taken place. SIB Ex Chief Prabhakar Rao was the first to respond to the case. Prabhakar Rao explained his arguments through an affidavit. Arguments were held in the court on the issue of issuing red corner notice to Prabhakar Rao, the main accused in the phone tapping case. Prabhakar Rao gave his explanation through an affidavit on the occasion.

He said he would work under the supervision of higher officials. Prabhakar Rao said he worked under the supervision of the then DGPs and intelligence chiefs. He will be reviewed by senior officials from time to time. Prabhakar Rao explained that he did not indulge in any wrong deeds. He claimed that he was transferred from Nalgonda without any reason. Prabhakar Rao claimed that he was kept away from posting for several days. KCR’s caste is the same because his caste is the same. The affidavit stated that he was being blamed. “I am currently in the US for cancer treatment. Prabhakar Rao told the court that he would come to India after completing his cancer treatment.
