Prime Minister Modi has made it clear that those who have imposed Emergency in the country have no right to declare that they love the Constitution. Congress still hasn’t lost that mindset, Modi said. On 25 June 1975, the Congress government led by Indira Gandhi imposed a state of emergency, he said in ‘X’ on Tuesday. In those dark days, the country was turned into a prison… the constitution was suppressed… without basic freedom.

He reminded that in those dark days, the country was turned into a prison, the constitution was suppressed, and basic freedom was deprived. Duyya said that Article 356 has been used indiscriminately to abolish the elected governments.

A bill has been brought to destroy the freedom of the press.. The federal system has been destroyed.. The Constitution has been violated at every stage. He said that he is infatuated with the constitution.. He is accused of hiding his hatred towards it. Commenting that people realize their inappropriate actions and repeatedly defeat them. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has flagged that the Congress has violated the spirit of the Constitution many times to keep one family in power. BJP National President and Union Health Minister JP Nadda said that democracy has no place in the Congress mindset. To hide failures

AICC president Mallikarjuna Kharge said that Prime Minister Modi digs up the past to cover up his failures. In fact, he has been accused in ‘X’ of implementing undeclared emergency for the past ten years. He criticized that he often talks about consensus and cooperation… but does the opposite. ‘Split the parties.

overthrowing the elected governments, instigating organizations like ED, CBI, IT against 95 percent of the opposition leaders. putting the CMs in jail. using the bureaucracy before the elections. is this not an unannounced emergency? When 146 opposition MPs were suspended…when three new criminal laws were brought…when controversial agriculture laws were brought. when demonetization, lockdown and electoral bonds were brought in, where is the consensus you are talking about?” Kharge lashed out at the Prime Minister.
