Congress High Command has prepared a special manifesto for Telangana at the time of Parliament elections. Along with the National Manifesto Panch Nyay, the Telangana Manifesto with special promises to the people of Telangana was released today at Gandhi Bhavan. Telangana Congress Incharge Deepadas Munshi, Minister Sridhar Babu and others released the manifesto. Hastam Party has included 25 guarantees along with social welfare schemes in the national manifesto targeted at youth and women. In the special manifesto of Telangana, priority was given to local issues. Partition guarantees, railway projects and central universities were included in this.
