On the occasion of Guru Purnima, Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi Chairman Naresh Dandu paid a visit to his mentor, Dr. Karuna, and sought her blessings in recognition of the values and education she imparted during his student days.

During their interaction, Dr. Karuna appreciated the environmental awareness and community service initiatives being carried out by the Samithi. She said, “I’ve learned about the initiatives being undertaken for the benefit of nature and society — they are truly commendable.”
She further emphasized that every science student in the state must be made aware of their environmental responsibilities. She lauded the organization for launching impactful projects related to nutritional awareness, nature education, and also for creating employment opportunities for unemployed youth.

Speaking to the media, Naresh Dandu shared that the Samithi is committed to making youth environmentally conscious and socially responsible through practical initiatives and awareness drives.
Dr. Karuna concluded by stating that such programs are the need of the hour and will be crucial for the sustainable survival of humanity. She stressed the importance of nurturing environmental commitment among students, which will lay the foundation for a better future.
