Hyderabad Collector Harichandana Launches the Logo Officially at Collectorate

The Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi, a well-regarded social organization devoted to environmental awareness for the past 14 years, received strong appreciation from Telangana State Minister Vivek Venkataswamy. The Minister personally unveiled the organization’s newly designed official logo at his residence, expressing his wholehearted support and admiration for the cause.

“Tree = Mother, Waste = Disease” – A Message for the Masses

The long-running slogan-driven campaign — “Tree = Mother, Waste = Disease” — led by Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi, has made a deep impact across both rural and urban Telangana. Minister Vivek praised this grassroots initiative, highlighting how it instills environmental consciousness in everyday life.

He also extended his congratulations for the launch of Green India, Clean India, Dream India projects in schools and colleges, noting their importance in shaping a nature-conscious generation.

Promoting Healthy Living & Creating Livelihoods

In addition to its awareness efforts, the Samithi is offering traditional, hygienic, and organic food products to the public at affordable rates. These initiatives are also helping generate employment opportunities for many.

“Such organizations are beacons of social responsibility. I stand with Paryavarana Parirakshana Samithi, and my doors will always remain open to them,” declared the Minister.

Official Launch by Hyderabad Collector Harichandana

In a parallel event, Hyderabad Collector Harichandana (IAS) formally released the logo at the Collectorate office, dedicating it to nature and the people.
She commended the Samithi’s unique messaging, stating: “‘Tree equals mother, and waste equals disease’—these slogans reflect our collective duty to safeguard nature.”

She assured that the government is ready to extend support whenever needed and emphasized the value of such people-driven efforts.
